250 rations bags were distributed by "HANDS" among handicapped people

HANDS ,an NGO has a tradition of distributing ration bags among poor and deserving families without any discrimination of creed or colour throughout the year, especially during the pandemic like calamities.Ms.Saadia District head of "HANDS" told media that owing to on-going partial lockdown in the province, we have decided to distribute 250 ration bags containing flour,vegetable ghee,pulses,rice,soap,detergent powder and spices among the poor at their door step to keep their kitchen running in Muzaffargarh district.

 “I’ll make more funds available to contain, curb and combat the threat of coronavirus but this will be possible when we all will work together with spirit”.She told that her team was exploring the deserving people who cannot approach to the philanthropists or Government agencies .She further said that there were a large number of disable persons who were badly hit due to Coronavirus related lockdown Handicapped people appreciated timely efforts of the HANDS and provision of ration to the daily wagers and other poor people so that they continue to meet their food requirements.
