Petitioner's lawyer Shahzad Mehdi Jatoi appeciated the judgement of the court and submitted that the learned court played a key role to provide justice to the petitioner otherwise it was not possible because management was reluctant to accept his legal stance. 14 members of Board of Directors of Multan Electric Power Company (MAPCO) including Sardar Jamal Khan Leghari Chairman, Secretary Sajid Yaqub were facing bailable arrest warrant for repeatedly committing contempt of court and deviating from the order of the High Court.
