President of Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry(MCCI) Sheikh Fazal Elahi said that Chief Executive Officer of MEPCO Engr: Tahir Mehmood has fulfilled his commitment and constituted a two member committee comprising Suprintending Engineer(Operation Circle) Mian Muhammad Anwar and Executive Engineer MEPCO Cantt division Khawaja Hafeez-ullah to personally hear the business community and redress their genuine reservations, Grievances and practical bottlenecks hampering the implementation on the process of Industrialistation. Exchanging views with MCCI members in the presence of these two officers and Senior Vice President of MCCI Mian Arshad Iqbal,Sheikh Fazal Elahi said that we are endeavouring to make Pakistan economically a strong entity and in this connection MEPCO should also cooperate with the business community. This is very important to open the doors to progress and prosperity. “We must promote exports culture in our industrial sector”,,he added. He said that Two member committee of MEPCO would visit the Multan chamber on the first monday of every month positively.He said ," I personally overwhelmed with gratuitude for the cooperation of CEO MEPCO. Khawaja Muhammad Ali, Ch.Zulfikar Ali ,Aurangzeb Alamgir, Siddiq Asifi,Nasir Siddiq and acting Secretary General Muhammad Shafiq were present on the occasion.
