MULTAN,Dec 24th:: At least eleven people including four member of a family were killed and 20 injured in head-on collision between passenger bus and two Hiace vans due to densed fog at 9-Kassi on Vihari road in Multan on Thursday.The condition of six persons is stated to be serious. Police said that Eight passengers died on the spot and injured were removed to Nishtar Hospital where their cobndition is stated to be serious.CPO Multan Azhar Akram said that it was an outcome of reckless driving Rescue sources said the injured were rushed to hospital where the condition of several people is said to be critical. The death toll may go up in the incident, they added.Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has expressed grief over the loss of lives and directed for providing best medical facilities to the injured.The killed passengers were identified as Two school teachers Muhammad Imran Ashiq (35) and Imran Ramzan(32), Muzaffar Iqbal (23)his brother Mohsin, two cousins Irfan and Abdul Rauf ,Rao farhan conductor, Muzammil,(12) a student of 7th class,Muhammad Yousaf Abdul Ghaffar (52),and Riaz Ahmed Hiace van driver Kashif Ali (28)also died .They all belonged to Mailsi town of Vehari district.
