Pakistani textile products are of International standards- Neil Hawkins

Multan,  Australian High Commissioner to Pakistan Neil Hawkins met with the Pakistan's renowned industrialist, former caretaker minister and ex-President of Multan & Dera Ghazi Khan Chamber of Commerce & Industry and exchanged views about culture, economy, and quality of Pakitani products, potential and textile industry. Mr.Neil Hawkins said ,"After coming to Multan, it has been realized that the quality of the textile products produced here is in accordance with the global requirements and standards. The reason for this is that high quality raw materials are used in the  manufacturing of the products here. Rather unique. The choice of colours and designs makes the clothes beautiful and attractive. These views were expressed by Mr. Neil Hawkins, High Commissioner of Australia in Pakistan, during his visit to Roomi Fabrics Multan.He suggested that you can offer better products than competition.

Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi told Australian High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins that we have been associated with the textile industry for the past seven decades. That is the reason why we are sending our products all over the world employing the latest technology.

Also, we want to utilize Australian agricultural technology so that we can further improve cotton and other agricultural sectors technically.

Australia's High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins said that the purpose of my visit to Multan is to meet people from different walks of life  of South Punjab and inform
them about the different facilities available in Australia.In the meeting, Khwaja Jalaluddin Roomi introduced the projects of Jalaluddin Roomi Foundation to the High Commissioner of Australia Mr. Neil Hawkins and the Political Secretary Ashleigh Leigh 
 and said that apart from clean water supply projects in different areas of South Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh, we are also working in the city to provide all necessary civic amentities. We  are providing ration to the poor and needy sections in different areas and providing food to the porters at the railway station. These are the sections on which the Jalaluddin Roomi Foundation has worked for the first time in the region.  Jalaluddin Roomi has further  said that we are working to bring life back to normalcy in the flood affected areas

In the meeting, Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi introduced the projects of Jalaluddin Roomi Foundation to the High Commissioner of Australia Mr. Neil Hawkins and the Political Secretary and said that we are providing clean food and medicines in different areas of South Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh. On top of this, the High Commissioner of Australia praised the Foundation's service projects and said that such activities will have positive effects in the society. And people's quality of life can be improved soon. In the meeting, Australians in Pakistan Political Secretary was also present
