Jalaluddin Roomi donated 500 protective gears to Div Admin

The coronavirus pandemic is a test of how philanthropists can use their wealth for the welfare of the hard-hit people. Commissioner Multan Shan-ul Haq made an appeal to well to do persons of the civil Society to join the war against the Novel Coronavirus which took the lives of more than 57000  and infected more than a million people. "The response has been incredible from the industrialists like Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi and other philanthropists who stood with the divisional administration" said Shan ul- Haq,.Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi and his General Manager Jawad Mansoor donated 500 protective suits to keep the medical, paramedical and other personnel safe from the coronavirus.Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi expressed his view on the occasion“ "We can not afford to leave any segment of the society at the mercy of this pandemic," he said.We will not only to protect them against this pandemic but also for bringing comfort in this hour of distress,”he  stated.He said "I do think the act of giving just makes us feel better. It feels as though we're doing something, we're part of a collective effort."Roomi pledged to stand with administration at the moments of pains and distress.He assured to donate more protective goods for the safety of the front line people engaged in saving the lives of infectees.Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi further said that we are also supplying food and ration at the door step of need people and labourers.We are also in close contact with the Punjab Government.Divisional Commissioner Multan Shan-ul-Haq paid rich tributes to the Jalaluddin Roomi and Chamber of Commerce & Industry.Director Development Waqas Khakwani and Assistant Commissioner Khawaja Umair were also present there.
