MULTAN, Jan 16th: Mr.Justice Ch.Muhammad Iqbal of High Court Multan Bench has suspended the operation of decree issued by lower court in favour Aapa Nasreen Noor-ul=-Hassan real elder sister of PML-N Senator Rana Mehmood-ul-Hassan and notices issued to all concerned parties to join the proceeding of the case on next hearing.The Petitioner Muhammad Afzal's counsel Syed Azhar Haider Bukhari submitted that his father Muhammad Nawaz had purchased a plot measuring 82 Marlas in 1971 and constructed a home on the land to reside there.After the death of owner of land,his heirs denied the sale of land and filed a number of cases against the buyers but they lost their cases in the courts of law. Later they fraudulently sold this plot to Aapa Nasreen sister of Senator Rana Mehmood -ul-Hassan.Who filed an ejectment case against the owner of the house by showing them her tennants and got issued a decree in her favour. Then she got ejected them from the home art night with the help of armed men.They served chilled night under open sky.The counsel argued that a case of this plot is under process in high court Multan Bench by the heirs of seller of this plot.How can they sell this impugned plot to Nasreen bibi. After hearing the arguments ,the court suspended the operation of the decree against the surety bonds of Rs.0.8 million and the court issued notices to concerned parties.
