MULTAN, Oct Ist: Management of Nishtar Hospital Multan assured the court to reinstate all the employees immediately and payment of salaries to those employees who had joined the services and joining of duties within a week to all selectees subject to the verification of their documents and eligibility as per criteria. Upon this assurance,Mr.Justice Ch.Muhammad Masood Jehangir of Lahore High Court Multan Bench has set aside the interim injunction granted on August 7,2018 on the petition of Ramzan Khalid Joiya and Muhammad Arif Mehboob Sheikh advocates in the case of termination of 650 employees of Nishtar Hospital Multan. The court ,on the assurance of Nishtar 's counsel Haji Muhammad Aslam Malik ,has decided that salaries would be paid to those employees who had joined the service within a month while other selectees would joined their duties within a week. However, Management would verify their certificates and educational qualification and eligibility according to criteria.Earlier, appointment of 650 employees in different section was declared illegal by the new management and management forcibly abstained them from doing service in hospital. Those who could not join their duties were asked that they are no more employees of Nishtar Hospital. The court observed that it was mandatory to check the documents of eligible candidates and Management can verify their credentials anytime.
