An examination mafia of Nursing Examination Board, Punjab Lahore has leaked two papers of Integral Science with key and ACN with key which are to be held on March 22 & 20 respectively and these were being sold to nursing colleges against Rs.10,000 to 12,000 openly and fearlessly. Majority of candidates have demanded of the Government to initiate an inquiry the paper leakage scam and postponement of this exam immediately otherwise incapable and undeserving candidates would return successful lagging behind the deserving and genuine candidates. Sources said that these paper were allegedly given to "Booty Mafia" against Rs.1.2 million with the connivance of Director General Nursing Kausar Perveen, Controller of Examination Zubaida Solo Khan and Instructor Shahbaz Bashir. Sources further said that though it came to knowledge of Chairman/Secretary Health Punjab Najam Ahmed Shah yet he did not take any action nor he postponed the examination. Sources alleged that a number of inquiries are in progress against the Director General Nursing/Vice Chairperson. An official of NEBP on the condition of anonymity said the papers of Post-graduate were leaked before the start of the examination.A candidate said “I received six questions of each paper through SMS against Rs.500/Question." The candidates of Attock, Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Sargodha and Rahim yar khan also got these leaked questions.He said he came to know about the leaked papers when some students contacted him to get the questions solved for them.However, Nursing Examination Board, Punjab categorically denied this news describing it rumours to defame the board.
