Five security personnel martyred in Balochistan as vehicle turns over after ambush

 At least five Frontier Corps (FC) personnel died on Saturday when an oil-smuggler rammed his tanker into the vehicle of security forces during a hot chase in Kharan district of Balochistan.


According to Levies sources, the FC personnel were chasing the oil tanker carrying Iranian diesel. As the security men signaled the vehicle to stop, the driver rammed the oil tanker into the vehicle of FC, killing the five-men FC party. The driver succeeded in escaping from the crime spot.
After getting the news of the incident, Levies and other security forces rushed to the site and shifted the dead bodies to a nearby hospital.
The FC men were identified as Sobedar Sayed Badshah, Lance Naik Javed, Lance Naik Yousaf, Naik Naeem and Naik Muhammad Yousaf.
Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri condemned the martyrdom of FC men the Kharan tragedy.
The chief minister ordered the authorities concerned to take strict action against the culprits involved in Iranian petrol smuggling.  He also condoled with the bereaved families over the martyrdom of the security men.The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.More security personnel were called to the area to apprehend the culprits involved in the ambush.
