Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General (r) Khalid Shameem Waynne has died in a car accident at Chakri near Rawalpindi.
According to a statement by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) the son of former CJCSC got injured in the accident near Chakri.
The accident happened after tyre of the vehicle burst, ISPR mentioned.
Wynne 's son, a close friend and driver are said to be in critical condition. The injured have been shifted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Rawalpindi.
