MULTAN, July 30th: Opposing the nomination of Shahbaz Sharif for the top slot, Jamshed Dasti MNA Chairman of Awami Raj Party said that "he was a wife-snatcher" who had grabbed the wives of bureaucrats excluding Tehmina Durrani.Addressing a hurriedly called press Conference Jamshed Dasti said that he had shouted slogan Go-Nawaz Go in the presence of Nawaz Sharif in the parliament which had infuriated the then prime minister and he got instituted a number of false case against me and he managed to keep him behind bars on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr.He is not afraid of such dishonest people.He said that he would exercise his right of vote in favour of Sheikh Rashid who is my teacher.He stressed the need for the publication of Abbottabad Commission Report, which is yet to be made public, contains a treasure trove of information on the hunt for the world’s most wanted man – Osama Bin Laden and exemplary punishment should be awarded to the people responsible for this operation.Jamshed Dasti said that there should be ruthless accountability of Maulana Fazalur-rehman, Asif Ali Zardari, Imran Khan and Mehmood Khan Achakzai and we have no mercy for the corrupt, dishonest elements and plunderers. He said that Assemblies are safe heaven for corrupt people and democracy became a source of corruption. Members of National and provincial assemblies were looting the General public openly and fearlessly.No one was ready to catch them. He said that Indian Prime Minister was a close friend of sharifs but India was killing innocent Pakistanis on Line of control daily. Who is responsible for this situation.Pakistan should retaliate in same coin. He said that President of Azad Kashmir and Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan were talking in the tune of Indian Premier Nirendra Modi.He asked why the ruling party was reluctant to approve a bill which suggests death sentence for the corrupt and dishonest person.He announced to fight an election against Shahbaz Sharif if he contested by-election from any seat in South Punjab
