Kashmir firing: Rivals trade blame as 24 are killed

India and Pakistan have traded accusations over cross-border firing in the disputed region of Kashmir that has killed at least 24 people since Friday.In held Kashmir, Indian forces have killed 24 Kashmiris including two young boys in the month of November 2016.
