At least four members of the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) were killed and two others injured after Frontier Corps (FC) and other law enforcement agencies launched a joint operation in the Kahan area of Kholu, Balochistan on Wednesday.
An FC spokesperson confirmed the development, saying arms and ammunitions, including IEDs, hand grenades, two SMG rifles and communication equipment were also seized from their possession.
“Five hideouts being used by terrorists have also been destroyed,” he added.
“The terrorists were involved in carrying out attacks on security forces and masses,” added the spokesperson.
