Governor Punjab Eng. Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman has said that I am aware of the problems of South Punjab. Therefore, efforts will be made to find a solution to these problems in the near future with the help of all stakeholders. After administering the oatrh as Governor Punjab Eng. Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman had a special meeting with renowned industrialist and former President of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan and Chairman Board of Management CPE Institute of Cardiology Khawaja Muhammad Jalaluddin Roomi. It is fact that Iam a resident of Bahawalpur but Multan is my second home .Congratulating the Governor of Punjab, Khawaja Muhammad Jalaluddin Roomi said that Jalaluddin Roomi Foundation is currently working on various public health projects in different parts of South Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh besides clean water projects. We need to work together to end the problems of the common man.
Governor Punjab Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman eulogised the services of Khawaja Jalal uddin Roomi for the humanity and said that his foundation was providing food daily besides providing potable water to the people of far flung areas of South P{unjab, Balochistan and Sindh. He further said that he would work round the clock to resolve the problems of South Punjab by utilising my the best abilities as a son of the soil. Governo Punjab said that I am happy to see that, the Jalaluddin Roomi Foundation has been meeting the requirements of the down trodden people and serving the needy people and destitutes to alleviate their miseries .
Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi said that apart from being a successful politician, you have been working as an industrialist and businessman. He said that it would be easier to work with him and the new government. He said that there was an urgent need for political and economic stability at this time.
Upon this, Governor Punjab Engineer Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman said that the doors of Governor House are open for every Pakistani irrespective of creed or colour or political affiliation. He said that PML-N believes in the politics of dialogue and it dislikes confrontation
Khawaja Muhammad Jalaluddin Roomi invited the Governor of Punjab to visit Multan, which he accepted.
