MCCI Chief inaugurates "Disinfection Tunnel"at Multan Chamber

MULTAN, April 16th: Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI) President  Sheikh Fazal Elahi inaugurated an Automatic Disinfection Walk Through Gate(Disinfection Tunnel) which can be very effective in clean Bacteria and Viruses on the body’s.People will walk through these sanitizing gates that will spray disinfectants on them before entering the areas.The inaugural ceremony was attended by Mian Rashid Iqbal Senior Vice President,Khawaja Salahuddin ,Begum Romana Tanvir Sheikh,Mrs.Manahil Ata Shafi and Mian Ata Shafi Tanvir Sheikh and acting Secretary General Muhammad Shafiq.This was specially designed by Mrs.Manahil Ata Shafi for Multan Chamber and it was manufactured by Maqbool Group of Companies (MGC)for Industry, Banks, Hospitals, Departmental Stores and Masjid etc. It has developed the first-ever Smart Thermal Detector walk through gate, first of its kind in Pakistan, to fight pandemic caused by coronavirus.People will walk through these sanitizing gates that will spray disinfectants on them before entering the areas.These gates have been developed locally and are cost-effective and easy to operate. Imported equipments of high quality were used in this device.No one will be allowed to enter the building of Multan Chamber without passing through the sanitizing gates. Talking to media men on the occasion Sheikh Fazal Elahi said that the impact of the Pandemic coronavirus  is having a profound and serious impact on global economy.It had suspended all social, commercial,economic activities and confined the humanity in homes.He said that business and trade was necessary for our own survival and we should adopt precautionary measures to achieve both objectives.He appreciated the design and quality of this device and said that all commercial organisations, shopping centre, plazas should instal these walk-through gates. He said that People can contact to manufacturer through Multan chamber easily.He urged the masses to ensure implementation of all precautionary measures. “Care is the only cure of this pandemic, therefore, I urge you to take care,” he said.
