Multan, Mian Rashid Iqbal, Senior Vice President of Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI) has said that Small Businesses form the backbone of all economies, more so in a developing country like Pakistan.Delivering his speech at a one day training workshop on Sales force management jointly organised vby TUSDEC,SMEDA and MCCI Mian Rashid said that this training programme is tailor made to devise and explore various strategies and steps involved in stating and effectively running a small business. He stressed the need for the trained, experienced,educated, intelligent and honest sales force which can bring a revolution in the businesses.He said that MCCI was playing a vital role for the upgradation, development,and betterment of SME sector.He said that this training programme will greatly help the young breed of male and female entrepreneurs, unemployed persons desirous of starting their own businesses, while turning their individual potentials into profitable businesses.He further said that the basic purpose of this program is to create awareness about startups of different small and profitable businesses as well as business opportunities in different sectors, so that the youth, different organization or Associations can take benefits of those opportunities.
