Kidnapping of girl-students from School foiled by Wardens

A man was arrested for his alleged involvement in abductions of minor girls as he tried to kidnap a 13-year-old student from outside her school in the city’s Sir Syed Chowk area on Saturday.
The young student was saved from being abducted by two traffic wardens – Bilal and Kamran – who were deployed at the roundabout.
The suspect, identified as Fawad, approached the girl as she came out of the government school situated within the limits of Waris Khan police station earlier in the day. The victim broke into tears and shouted for help after he forcibly attempted to take her along with him
The traffic wardens, on hearing the victim’s cries for help, arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect.
The accused and the victim were taken to Waris Khan police station, where they were interrogated by SHO Inspector Malik Muhammad Khan. The girl said she had never seen the suspect before in her life.
Later, she was handed over to her parents with an FIR lodged against the accused
Further investigation into the suspect’s alleged involvement in other similar cases is underway.
A young Uzbek domestic helper, who was allegedly abducted by her employer’s driver from Lahore last month, has been recovered from the suspect’s custody in Islamabad, police officials said on Sunday.
Yelena reportedly went missing from residence of her Chinese employer, identified as Lady Gaga, situated in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) on May 26.
A kidnapping case was later lodged at Defence A police station  by Yelena’s aunt, who alleged that the young Uzbek was abducted by Lady Gaga’s driver Sohail Ramzan
Yelena had come to Pakistan with a legal visa and passport in April as a housemaid, and was working as a babysitter at the residence of her employer in the upscale Lahore neighbourhood.
According to police, she is married to a Pakistani man, Muhammad Nisar.
Taking notice of the South Punjab News report, SSP Investigations Zeeshan Asghar had launched a search operation to arrest the culprit. She has been brought back to Lahore, according to police officials.
Last month, the Islamabad Police had recovered a Pakistan origin German girl, who had allegedly been abducted from Sector G-6 a week prior to her recovery.
Further investigation into the suspect’s alleged involvement in other similar cases is underway.
