The flight PK-681 took off from Islamabad International Airport and landed in Multan airport at 13.35. On reaching the destination, the plane crew came to know that their luggage has been left behind.The troubled passengers protested against the PIA authority over their mismanagement and irresponsibility.However; the PIA officials assured them that their luggage will be handed over to them soon. A lady vowed not to travel by PIA in future because PIA had earned bad name for the country. Angry woman called a spade a spade and threatened to lodge a complaint with high ups. Staff on duty tried their the bext to placate her but failed .This is not the first time that the airline has acted in a such reckless manner as it has numerous times forgot to load the luggage or taken the passengers to the wrong destination.Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has, over time, lost its proficiency to manage tasks necessary to run the airline and give its customer a satisfactory flying experience. Their only saving grace is that it is the only national carrier, which has monopoly domestic routes to a number of destinations like Multan-Islamabad, Multan-Karachi . For years now, PIA has been using old and wornout aircraft. It is normal for them to have delayed flights. The flight attendants have become more and more discourteous. And last but not the least, passenger baggage is frequently misplaced along with the mishandling of luggage.
