MULTAN, Oct 26th: Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) President Muhammad Sarfraz has said that Fly-Dubai should introduce cargo flights and business class operation to facilitate the exporters,traders and businessmen of South Punjab .He was talking to a delegation of Fly-Dubai headed by its regional Manager (Pakistan) Vijay Kumaran Availy here today. MCCI President said that with the closure of Emirate airlines operation from Multan ,the export of fresh fruits ,vegetables and other agricultural products would come to halt and we cannot afford this loss.
The Fly-Dubai must start cargo-flight operation from Multan immediately. Regional Manager (Pakistan) Vijay Kumaran Availy felicitated the newly elected body of Multan Chamber and said that there were 14 flights a week for Dubai from Multan but we are considering to increase these flights keeping in view the passengers' load.However ,they were reluctant to introduce cargo flights from Multan He assured that timing of flights would be re-adjusted to connect the international flights for 160 destinations from Dubai.Fly to Dubai from Multan in three hours with flydubai.
