"Blue Fair" a 3 day exhibition began here today by WCCI & TDAP

A three-day exhibition titled 'Blue Fair' was inaugurated by Shaista Pervez Malik MNA ,Director General TDAP Mian Riaz Ahmed and President First Women Bank  Tahira Raza on Thursday afternoon. More than 90 stalls were installed by women entrepreneurs for show casing a variety of products including blue pottery besides traditional and novelty items of craftsmen and women of South Punjab and other parts of the country,.This fauir will continue till April 7. President, Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry(WCCI), Multan division, Filza Mumtaz said that the event was  organized by WCCI Multan in cooperation with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP).
It is certainly a big trade fair of South Punjab and around 5000 people are expected to visit every day during the three-day event as witnessed on the first day of the fair. She said that business women from all over Pakistan, besides women chamber representatives, importers, exporters, commercial consulors of different countries are expected to attend the event. A three-day handicrafts exhibition has started here to showcase textile products of various local as well as international brands to encourage local manufacturers.This Exhibition was organized  specifically to encourage women entrepreneurs of the South Punjab through the trade festival. It will also promote the local culture by depicting its art on the products presented in the exhibition. The trade exhibition provides golden opportunity to women entrepreneur’s to show their business talent in the festival.More than 90 various stalls were showcased for the commercial buyers in the exhibition. Almost 12 various business women entrepreneurs from Karachi also participated in the trade exhibition of “Blue Fair” .Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry has also organized various seminars for the women entrepreneurs to polish their business skills during the second day of trade exhibition.
