US President Donald Trump had gone off his head- Javed Hashmi

MULTAN-Veteran politician Makhdoom Javed Hashmi said on Wednesday US President Donald Trump had gone off his head, asking the nation to unite and give a matching response to the “madman” for his threats.
Addressing a news conference here at the residence of Union Council chairman Imran Arshad, he added that Trump’s threat was not just a threat rather it was a complete strategy to press Pakistan.
He said that Parvez Musharraf sold out the country after 9/11. He maintained that Musharraf toppled democratic government and supported the US, handed over Shamsi and other airbases to the Americans. “That’s why today the Americans have developed the courage to show us eyes,” he said. He further said that American economy was crumbling and it had lost the status of only superpower. “Now wherever any voting is held on any issue, America secures just nine votes while 126 votes were casted against it,” he added.
He said that it was unfortunate that all the military regimes of Pakistan supported right and wrong acts of America. He said that a state of uncertainty prevailed in the country which was very dangerous.
He lashed out at the military rulers, and said that the foundations of the country were dug by the dictators who paralysed civilian governments. He maintained that the building of the country was about to collapse and Pakistan existed with the support of Allah.
He said that army was a sacred institution and it should stay sacred. He asked the judges and generals to change their mindset and stay in their limits. He was of the opinion that the statement of ISPR spokesman indicated as if it attacked civilian government.
“Elections are to be held after six months but still every person asks whether or not the polls will be held,” he noted. He said that some generals did not care about the country and they were only interested in occupying the country. He said that the Supreme Court was used to oust or hang 14 prime ministers during the last 70 years. He said that Supreme Court was the mightiest institution of the country which should give verdicts which strengthen the country.
