A judicial magistrate yesterday awarded three years imprisonment to a lawyer after he was proved guilty of misbehaving with former Chief Justice of Pakistan Tassaduq Hussain Jillani when he was a judge of the Lahore High Court.The judicial magistrate also imposed fine of Rs 20,000 on the convict.Advocate Muhammad Asghar was booked on charges of misbehaving with the judge back in 1998.
