General (retd) Pervez Musharraf was admitted to hospital on Thursday

General (retd) Pervez Musharraf was admitted to hospital on Thursday evening after he complained of a sudden pain in his chest.
The former president was rushed to PNS Shifa where he had been under treatment for the last two years.
Doctors have to yet to decide whether the former army chief would remain admitted in the hospital for a few days.
Speaking to The South Punjab News , All Pakistan Muslim League’s spokesperson Aasia Ishaque confirmed Musharraf was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) due to serious health complications.
Doctors have conducted some tests and will let the family know what kind of problem the former president was having, Ishaque added.
Musharraf on January 18 was acquitted in the murder case of Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) leader Nawab Akbar Bugti.
Bugti was killed in a military operation in 2006.
